We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Visa Consultant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in understanding visa requirements and procedures for various countries.
- Provide personalized guidance on documentation, application forms, and submission processes. Stay updated on the latest immigration laws and regulations to ensure accurate advice.
- Collaborate with embassies and consulates to streamline application processes.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of client interactions and applications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for different countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with online visa application systems and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Certification in immigration consulting or a relevant discipline. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
