Key Responsibilities

1. Workflow & Operations Management

  • Lead Management: Handle lead inquiries, and send quotes, package lists, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Client Follow-ups: Follow up with clients via emails, calls, and reminders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Contracts & Payments: Assist with contract preparation, ensure payments are collected on time, and track payment schedules.
  • Event Timelines & Deliverables: Maintain and track timelines for wedding and engagement shoots, ensuring timely completion.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and post-production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • CRM Management: Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage the sales pipeline and customer interactions.

2. Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Blog Management: Write, edit, and submit weekly blog content that highlights Saroj Studios’ work, showcases past weddings, and promotes services.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Create and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent branding and customer engagement.
  • Email Campaigns: Develop email marketing strategies, design campaigns, and track performance metrics.
  • Ad Campaigns: Launch and monitor paid social media ads, focusing on client acquisition and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles, project coordination, or marketing is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing responsibilities.

Skills Required

  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Experience with social media ads, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms, social media scheduling tools, and reporting dashboards.
