- Edit raw footage to create polished and engaging video content.
- Trim and assemble footage, and add text, music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the production team, content creators, and marketing to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Come up with creative ideas to enhance the video and deliver the message effectively.
- Ensure consistency with the communicated guidelines and visual identity.
- Adapt videos across different formats (Reels/Landscape)
- Assist with color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks.
- Timely delivery of projects and ensure availability for critical revisions and requirements.
- Maintain organized project files and backups.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- A portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of different video formats and codecs.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
