We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our truck dispatching team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads to bring new trucking companies and owner-operators on board.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable dispatching solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in logistics, trucking, or dispatching).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
  • Fluent In English 
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Basic understanding of truck dispatching is a plus.
