We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our English-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and product support via phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally in English
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a rotational 8-hour shift, including nights and weekends

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome
