- Handling queries related to Eden Clients
- Assist Manager in planning and executing customer service functions
- Ensure that customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Resolve escalated and complex customer issues on time
- Identify and resolve problems that affect the customer service quality and efficiency
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Creating Transfer reports and memos for Managers and senior-level officers as needed
