We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ELCON ASSOCIATES. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil works and have extensive experience in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Qualifications:

DAE (Civil)

Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of project management, construction, and engineering principles

Experience with tenders and project costing

Experience with high-rise buildings, roads, and other industrial and public health sector projects

Expertise in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, including reconciliation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage quantity surveying activities for various construction projects

Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial management

Handle tendering processes and project cost estimations

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines
