EM-A Shipping Agencies is looking for Business Development Executive in Sales & Marketing Department for its Head Office in Karachi.
- Candidate must be energetic and proactive in pursuing new businesses and providing business solutions.
- Candidate must have effective customer service orientation, strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, negotiation and follow up skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gains & customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research on rates to identify new markets & customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Arrange business meetings with business partners.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
