Major accountabilities:
- Assist in developing innovative textile products, conducting trials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with market trends and product goals.
- Conduct market research, act as a sourcing agent for fibers and materials, coordinate with vendors for outsourced operations, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Perform quality checks, maintain quality standards, monitor sample status, and provide updates to stakeholders while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Criteria
- Minimum of 3 years in textile product development.
- Educational background.
- B.Sc. Textile Engineering or Textile Technologist from an HEC-recognized institute. Computer Literacy.
- Advance Excel supremacy.
- Ability to work with simulated reports and datasheets.
- Ability to work with Internal software/ERP.
General Communication skills.
- Ability to absorb technical knowledge while being a good listener.
- Ability to write/answer professional dossier and emails.
Candidates having hands-on experience in product development, sourcing, and vendor management within the textile industry.
