We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive and Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients for both residential and commercial real estate projects, as well as upcoming construction ventures.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, investors, and partners. Ensure consistent communication and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for expansion in the real estate and construction markets.
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to promote real estate and construction projects, working closely with the marketing team.
Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients, developers, investors, and vendors.
Project Coordination: Work with internal teams (engineering, design, legal, etc.) to ensure project specifications are aligned with client expectations.
Reporting & Documentation: Track sales performance, prepare progress reports, and provide feedback to management regarding business development activities and market conditions.
