Theme & Plugin Customization:

  • Focus on developing, debugging, and customizing WordPress themes and plugins, leveraging WordPress API, hooks, and custom post types.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a focus on theme and plugin development, preferably 3+ years in a commercial environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL, with familiarity in frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
  • WordPress Expertise: Strong knowledge of WordPress API, hooks, and custom post types.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • SEO & Usability: Deep understanding of SEO, website architecture, and responsive design principles.
  • Server-Side Skills: Experience with hosting fundamentals, including server-side configurations.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to create aesthetically appealing, functional, and secure websites with high attention to detail.
