We are looking for an in-house Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This role involves managing and expanding our portfolio of real estate agency clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their business needs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to our team's professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients.
2. Regularly contact clients to demonstrate products, close deals, and provide post-sales services.
3. Ability to handle local and international clients.
4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. (Optional)
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
3. Proven track record of initiating, negotiating, and closing business deals.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for clients data-keeping.
6. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
