We are looking for a motivated and organized *Office Assistant* to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and manage correspondence.
Occasionally meet with clients for coordination and follow-ups.
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure the office runs efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in *MS Office* (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
