Our office is conveniently located on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, providing easy access to all major business districts.
Job Overview:
As a Junior Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into qualified leads. This is a commission-based position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent employment contract after a 3-month probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in various industries.
Prospecting: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and interests of prospects to determine if they are a good fit for our services.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and communication in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets to contribute to the overall sales goals.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a results-driven mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability: Must be able to work full-time from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Saturday.
