Join our team as a Call Center Agent in our call center. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries efficiently purely in English language.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is desired but not required.
- Willingness to work in night shift and weekends.
