We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head Team Lead Production to lead our textile fashion division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in textiles, garment production, and team management. The ideal candidate will oversee operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that quality, efficiency, and creativity are maintained throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and supervise the production and design teams.
Ensure production targets are met with high-quality standards.
Collaborate with design, sourcing, and QA teams to align goals and timelines.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor market trends to drive innovation in product development.
Maintain strong communication with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum graduated
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a leadership role within the textile or fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and fashion trends.
Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate large-scale production.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualities:

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
