You will support the HR team in key functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical knowledge and develop skills in human resources, recruitment strategies, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and the HR team.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as preparing HR reports, updating employee files, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute ideas for improving internal HR processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide general support to the HR team in day-to-day operational activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
