You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
