We are actively seeking experienced Dispatch Call Center Agents for a dynamic trucking campaign based in the USA. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 years of experience.

At our organization, we firmly believe that the continued success of our operations is intricately linked to the dedication and expertise of our team members.

Please note that this position is home based but can be called upon on site if needed.The working hours are from 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM.

Compensation package:

Basic Salary: 50,000 PKR +Compensation Bonuses
Location: Work From Home/Home Based

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiating rates with brokers to secure loads.
Assigning loads to carriers
Monitoring the progress of units/trucks until the delivery is completed
Managing inbound and outbound calls, facilitating communication between carriers and brokers.
Submitting invoices and maintaining meticulous records.
Onboarding new truck drivers as a Sales Specialist.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in the US trucking and dispatching industry.
