We are seeking a skilled and passionate Boxing Gloves Designer to create high-quality, innovative, and functional boxing gloves for professional and amateur boxers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of boxing techniques, glove design principles, and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop boxing gloves that meet performance, safety, and aesthetic standards.
2. Conduct research on boxing techniques, trends, and competitor products.
3. Create prototypes and samples for testing and feedback.
4. Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and quality.
5. Ensure compliance with boxing regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
1. Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
2. Experience in designing sports equipment or similar products.
3. Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Passion for boxing and sports design.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with CAD software and design tools.
2. Knowledge of boxing regulations and safety standards.
3. Portfolio showcasing design expertise and creativity.
