Your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls, converting cold leads into potential sales, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to potential leads, convert cold leads into viable sales opportunities through persuasive and informative communication.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product/service information to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Record and update customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure the seamless execution of tasks and meeting of customer expectations.
  • Meet Targets & KPIs: Achieve individual and team goals for sales conversion, customer satisfaction, and call resolution metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediat/A-Level or equivalent; graduate preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening ability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
