We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to be the first point of contact for students and parents exploring international education opportunities. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, assist students with admissions, visa processes, and university applications, and ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment. You will work closely with the admissions, visa, and counseling teams to guide students in making informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on study programs, universities, scholarships, and visa requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Admissions & Application Assistance

  • Assist students with university applications, document preparation, and admission requirements.
  • Follow up to ensure timely completion of application processes.
  • Coordinate with university representatives to track application statuses and provide updates.

 Visa & Immigration Guidance

  • Guide students through the visa application process, documentation, and interview preparation.
  • Work closely with the visa processing team to ensure compliance with immigration policies.
  • Stay updated on visa regulations and inform students of changes.

Event & Marketing Support

  • Represent Fortune Consultancy at education fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote international study options.
  • Assist in organizing webinars and information sessions for prospective students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach and engagement.

Feedback & Relationship Management

  • Gather feedback from students to improve service quality.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with a proactive approach.
  • Maintain a database of student inquiries and interactions for follow-ups.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  •  Excellent Communication Skills – Strong ability to engage professionally with students and parents.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Building – Ability to build trust and provide personalized guidance.
  •  Knowledge of International Education – Familiarity with study destinations, universities, scholarships, and visa processes.
  •  Problem-Solving & Multitasking – Ability to manage multiple student cases efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail – Accuracy in handling applications, documentation, and visa procedures.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, emails, and online platforms.
  • Fluency in English – Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Chinese) are a plus.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, student counseling, or education consultancy (preferred).
