We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage manual account record-keeping and related financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of credit/debit transactions, cash management, bank reconciliation, and taxation work. Preference will be given to candidates with good industrial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Manual Account Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions. Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and other accounting books manually.
2. Taxation Work: Handle tax calculations, filing, and compliance with applicable tax laws. Prepare and submit periodic tax returns.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company financial records. Identify and resolve discrepancies.
4. Voucher Preparation and Review: Prepare and review payment, receipt, and journal vouchers. Ensure all vouchers are properly documented and approved.
5. Cash and Financial Management: Manage cash flow, petty cash, and cash transactions. Monitor credit and debit transactions.
6. Industrial Financial Practices: Utilize experience in industrial accounting to manage specific financial processes efficiently.Ensure compliance with industry standards and practices
