Assistant Manager Operations

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Operations to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing employees
Supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring quality service to customers
Training new employees and ensuring that they understand company policies and procedures
Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
Assisting with employee scheduling and payroll processing
Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in retail or hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word
