Responsibilities:
- Assist the design team in creating and modifying CAD drawings using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop accurate and detailed technical drawings.
- Utilize SAP2000 for structural analysis and calculations.
- Contribute to the design process by providing innovative ideas and suggestions.
- Support the team in preparing design reports, cost estimates, and analyses.
- Learn and apply engineering principles and design standards to assigned projects.
- Maintained organized documentation of design files and revisions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in creating and editing 2D and 3D drawings.
- Familiarity with structural analysis software such as SAP2000.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform design and cost estimation tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for cost analysis.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in a design-related role.
- Knowledge of other design software, such as Revit or SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical or civil engineering.
