We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Record Specialist. The primary responsibilities of the role include managing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital records for our organization. The Record Specialist will ensure that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records
- Retrieve and provide records to authorized personnel as needed
- Create and update record management policies and procedures
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with record management policies
- Assist with records retention and disposal accuracy of records
- Provide training on record management best practices to staff members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, or related field
- Proven experience in record management or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of record management best practices and regulations
