Responsibilities:
Create and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
Implement effective Amazon SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility
Monitor and manage daily account activity, including inventory, pricing, and performance metrics
Respond to customer inquiries and reviews with professionalism and care
Conduct competitor research to ensure listings are competitive and up-to-date
Track and report key metrics related to product performance and account health
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing and optimizing Amazon listings (Seller Central or Vendor Central)
Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO best practices
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Ability to analyze performance data and make actionable improvements
Experience with customer service and handling Amazon buyer communications
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus
