You will play a crucial role in supporting our migration agents in handling client cases, managing documentation, and providing top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior migration agents with case management, including gathering and organising client documents.
- Prepare and lodge visa applications under the supervision of a migration agent.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, request additional information, and answer general inquiries.
- Conduct initial assessments of client eligibility for various visa categories.
- Maintain accurate records of client files and case progress.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Support in drafting letters, emails, and other correspondence related to migration matters.
Qualifications/Skills Requirement:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in a similar role or in a legal/administrative environment is a plus.
- Prior Migration Agent Assistant/Migration Counselling experience of more than one year in Migration Consultancy is required.
