We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts for upper management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Problem Solving: Address client issues and challenges proactively, finding solutions that meet their needs and align with company objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical skills to understand and predict market trends.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.
