Security Officer

We are looking for a disciplined, reliable, and highly organized individual, ideally with a military background, to serve as a Butler for a prestigious service accommodation business plaza located in New MetroCity, Kharian, Sarai Alamgir. The successful candidate will bring the dedication, attention to detail, and leadership skills typical of military service to ensure the smooth operation of this high-end facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and respond to guest inquiries with the utmost efficiency and respect.

Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plaza, including the management of household staff, ensuring all areas are impeccably maintained.

Security Collaboration:

Work closely with the on-site security team to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the property. Implement and uphold strict access controls and emergency protocols.

Staff Leadership:

Lead and manage a small team, delegating tasks and ensuring that all duties are performed to the highest standards. Offer training and guidance as necessary.

Event Management:

Assist in the planning and execution of events or meetings within the plaza, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and professionally.

Inventory Control:

Maintain and manage inventories of supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available .

Problem Resolution:

Address any issues or concerns raised by guests or staff promptly and effectively, ensuring the smooth operation of the business

Reporting:

Provide regular updates and reports to the property owner or manager on operations, guest satisfaction, and any maintenance or security issues.

Qualifications:

Military Experience: Former military personnel with experience in logistics, hospitality, or leadership roles are strongly encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Attention to Detail:

High standards for cleanliness, order, and service, reflecting the discipline and precision of military service.

Security Awareness:Familiarity with security protocols and a proactive approach to safety and risk management.

Flexibility:
