We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial modelling, enterprise valuation, and financial feasibility analysis. Additionally, the role requires experience in risk and cash flow analysis to support working capital facilities and private equity investment decisions. Familiarity with Shariah-compliant financing is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Develop complex financial models to evaluate potential investments, working capital solutions, and strategic initiatives.
- Perform scenario analysis to assess financial viability and sensitivities.
Enterprise Valuation:
- Conduct detailed enterprise valuation studies using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methods.
- Prepare valuation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Feasibility Studies:
- Assess the financial feasibility of potential projects and ventures.
- Provide comprehensive reports on expected returns, risks, and alignment with strategic goals.
Risk Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments for proposed investments and working capital solutions.
- Analyze market, credit, and operational risks to inform decision-making.

Cash Flow Analysis:
- Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts to determine liquidity needs and optimal funding structures.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed financing solutions on cash flow stability and growth.
Shariah-Compliant Financing:
- Ensure alignment of financial solutions with Shariah principles, including compliance with Islamic finance guidelines.
- Develop and assess Shariah-compliant investment and financing structures.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare and present analytical findings to senior management and external clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
Support Business Development:
- Provide analytical support for working capital facilities and private equity investments.
- Identify and evaluate potential opportunities in alignment with Graystone’s objectives.
