We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our fast-paced call center BPO environment. This individual will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, playing a key role in driving organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with all labor laws. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure an efficient, productive, and positive work environment while managing the full employee lifecycle for our call center staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles within the call center (agents, team leaders, supervisors, etc.).
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Implement effective onboarding and training programs to integrate new hires into the organization.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and suggestions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to maintain high employee morale and retention rates.
  • Organize regular team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and other engagement strategies.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance expectations, conducting reviews, and providing coaching and development plans.
  • Work with managers to address performance issues and provide appropriate solutions and training.

Compliance & Labor Law:

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports to senior management, as needed.

Training & Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop a strategy to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate and implement training programs aimed at improving productivity and service quality in the call center.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, leave policies and other benefits.

Health & Safety:

  • Ensure a safe working environment by promoting health and safety initiatives.
  • Conduct workplace risk assessments and resolve issues proactively.
