We are looking for a hardworking, dynamic, and organized Office Manager to join our team and help us maintain a productive and welcoming environment for our members.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage member inquiries, onboarding, and support.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events hosted at the space.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Implement and improve office policies and procedures.
Ensure the coworking space is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Act as the primary point of contact for members and visitors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCom, BS, or a related field.
Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused mindset.
