Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pack various goods for secure shipment.
- Coordinate with couriers for pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain quality control and address issues promptly.
- Document packing details and manage courier bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency.
- Adhere to the 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM schedule, Monday to Saturday.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is needed training provided
- Physically fit for lifting packages
- Basic communication skills
- Computer and Internet proficiency
