We are seeking a highly keen learner and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts / Audit Officer . You will be responsible for a variety of accounting and audit functions, including financial recording, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, monthly salary and benefits preparation, audits and any other tasks as management required. The ideal candidate must be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Prepare monthly salary and other benefits report well in time.
- Perform stock count of all inventories.
- Help with data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and follow up on payments & collection.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries for internal use.
- Provide support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist in tracking expenses and budgeting for relevant departments.
- Assist in responding to queries related to finance from internal departments.
Requirements:
- Fresh B.Com with major in Accounting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
- Solid understanding of computer operations and financial systems.
