We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role based in Rawalpindi Saddar with night shift timings from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Assist in onboarding new hires.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
