We are seeking a Collection Manager for our prestige Chinese Telecom client for its project in Pakistan.

  • Seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager responsible to handle multiple customer accounts with a minimum of 3 years of progressive, successful experience in the Banking Sector.
  • Telecom Industry experience in Enterprise business would be a major plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the formulation of specific collection objectives and achievement of same
  • Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys
  • Working closely with the Working capital department to respond to credit and collection concerns with existing and potential clients.
  • Booking of collection and receivables offsetting in accounting systems.
  • Liaison with the banks for Collection-related matters.
  • Managing the receivables compliance with the accounting and company rules and ensuring the
  • Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving disputed receivables
  • Works closely with the Billing Department to implement processes and policies that contribute to accurate invoicing.
  • Monthly forecasts for collection and Receivables clearance and Reporting to management with aggressive targets

Educational Requirements:

  • Please apply only if you have a minimum of a Master’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.

Skills Required:

  • Applicants must possess a solid collection.
  • Analytical and excellent negotiating skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • A solid knowledge of commercial credit and collection laws.
  • Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure

Experienced Required:

  • Preference is for candidates who have at least 1 year experience in Telecom Vendor Collection and 2 Years experience in Banking Experience.
