Lead end-to-end 2G, 3G, LTE OSS-KPI analysis and optimization.
Improve Radio Network KPIs and recommend action plans.
Provide expert support on strategy, enhancements, and communication.
Optimize based on customer complaints and event assurance.
Deploy and evaluate VoLTE, MLB, eSRVCC, CSFB features.
Use Huawei tools (Genex Cloud, Omstar, FMA, U2020, U-Net) and NetAct.
Conduct Drive Test & KPI optimization, OMCR implementation, and integration.
Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer.
Display ownership, flexibility, and responsiveness under project demands.

Deep understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE (VoLTE).
Strong background in KPI tuning and network optimization.
Experience with BO/BI tools, MO Shell, ENM.
Proficient in LTE enhancement and live deployments.
Expertise in KPI troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
