- Serve as corporate customers primary point of contact regarding new installations, service requests or issues, feedback, complaints, and inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally via phone and email, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient installation of alarm monitoring systems for new or existing sites.
- Prepare and manage quotations for corporate customers, ensuring pricing and clear terms.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer relationships, increase satisfaction, and promote loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing corporate clients and expand the customer base.
