We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Car Fleet Assistant to support our growing vehicle rental operations. This role requires someone who thrives on multitasking, is detail-oriented, and has strong communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain an online Google Calendar for fleet scheduling
  • Chase weekly car rental payments from clients
  • Send out invoices promptly and accurately
  • Follow up on vehicles that are in for repairs and update timelines
  • Regularly update calendars with fleet status and rental details
  • Track and manage both current and deferred car rental payments
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and garages

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Google Calendar and basic invoicing tools
  • Strong communication and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in fleet management or a similar admin role is a plus
