We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Researcher to conduct in-depth investigations, analyze data, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from primary and secondary sources.
- Develop research reports, white papers, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant literature.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with ethical research standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: M Phil./Ph.D.in STEM fields
- Experience: 3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking and writing skills in English language.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- Experience with grant writing and funding applications is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industry, e.g., healthcare, technology, finance, engineering.
- Published research work in journals, articles, or conferences.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
