We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our insurance companyIGI . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our insurance products, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Present and sell various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Provide detailed explanations of policy terms, conditions, and benefits to clients.
Process applications, documentation, and follow up on claims and renewals.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex insurance policies.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
