Import status report update in Excel sheet.
Follow up on shipments and track shipment (ETA), Till arrival at the Mill.
Involvement in Customs clearance operations.
Verify Documents (Draft L/C, GD copy, clearing agent bill, freight abilities)
Preparation of actual landed cost.
Prepare purchase order (SAP)
Sale Tax Invoices under EFS checking and verifying with used material in Export.
Other Tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
