Join our dynamic and rapidly growing truck dispatching services company. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to trucking companies across the USA. We are looking for a passionate and driven Outbound Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the USA trucking industry.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
- Present and articulate the benefits of our truck dispatching services to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining records of sales calls as well as trucking company details.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management or marketing would be advantageous.
- 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales; experience in dispatch campaigns is preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken English with great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with trucking operations and logistics is a plus.
Pay: PKR 50,000 per month plus RS. 500 on each load
