As a Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of 5 business development executives, driving growth for our Salesforce consulting and development services. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 business development executives.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities in Salesforce consulting, web development, and application development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the market to shape service offerings.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate detailed reports
  • Present regular updates to senior management on progress and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.6-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT consulting or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Consulting Services is a plus
