We are looking for an Experienced and fresh "Customer Service Representative" for a US-based campaign. The primary focus of the role is to work with the customer support team. As a representative, your responsibilities include identifying and providing prompt and clear solutions via phone calls. Our ideal candidate should be motivated, an excellent communicator, and able to work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as on their own initiative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand prospects' needs.
- Clarify information and address inquiries.
- Research and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
- Following work regulations diligently.
- Ensuring the timely completion of all daily calling tasks
Requirements.
- Intermediate / (O - A Levels) or above higher degree
- Must be fluent in English
- Critical Thinker/problem solver
