We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International B2B Sales Team Leader to lead and drive sales for conference projects, delegate attendance, and sponsorship closures. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills, preferably with an American or UK accent, and a proven track record in B2B sales, team management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Drive conference project sales, sponsorship negotiations, and delegate attendance.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Use LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate leads.
Close deals for sponsorships and partnerships in legal, corporate, and IT sectors.
Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance.
Implement sales KPIs and ensure team members meet targets.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads and customer interactions.
Maintain accurate sales reports and update the database.
