Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive - Export Sales to join our expanding team. This role is critical for driving revenue growth and enhancing our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in international market analysis and is skilled in developing effective sales strategies. As a Senior Executive, you will engage directly with clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships. Your expertise in export compliance and logistics management will play a vital role in navigating the complexities of international trade, while your analytical skills will help in data-driven decision-making. This position requires a proactive and responsive approach, as you will be the point of contact for client inquiries, managing quotes, and ensuring a seamless delivery process. With a focus on achieving sales targets, you will be instrumental in building our brand in the export sector, leveraging your proficiency in negotiation and business development.
Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by maximizing revenue from both existing and new corporate clients in the export market.
  • Build and maintain a robust client base through effective relationship management and product presentations that strengthen client engagement.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, aiming to address all queries within 48 hours while preparing accurate quotations to maintain competitive pricing and stable gross margins.
  • Collaborate with supply chain management (SCM), warehouse teams, and site departments to ensure seamless delivery operations and conduct pre-delivery site inspections as required.
  • Analyze tenders and prepare comprehensive bidding documents, coordinating closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new opportunities in the market.
  • Actively address client needs by resolving service-related issues and coordinating with the complaints department to ensure quick resolutions and reinforce customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up diligently on payments, bank guarantees, and other financial securities required from clients to ensure timely cash flow and mitigate financial risks.
  • Leverage internal software to manage client relationships and track data effectively, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of sales performance.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform sales strategies and improve customer targeting, analyzing trends to adjust approaches as necessary.
  • Foster cross-cultural communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and stakeholders in the international sales landscape.
