We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our technical support and service team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in electrical systems and software, with the ability to work on sophisticated medical equipment. This role involves software installation, troubleshooting, PLC interaction, and remote collaboration with international customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade software on a variety of medical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and software-related issues in the field.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to modify and adapt system behavior.
- Communicate effectively with global customer support teams via online platforms.
- Interpret technical documentation and user manuals.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Be available to work during odd hours or outside regular business hours when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience with software systems and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in computer systems and diagnostic tools.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs and automation systems.
- Strong communication skills, especially in technical English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible or extended hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with medical or laboratory equipment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards.
- Prior experience in remote support or international collaboration.
