Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence by developing and implementing effective business strategies. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets and enhance market presence.

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in the study abroad and IELTS sectors.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Lead Generation & Relationship Management:

  • Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients, educational institutions, and partners.

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Client Consultations & Presentations:

  • Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and other relevant organizations.

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

  • Provide regular updates and insights to the management team.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, admissions, and operations, to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Education Management, International business, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • must have valid internationally recognized certifications.

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education or consultancy sector.

  • Strong understanding of the study abroad market, IELTS exam process, and immigration services.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
